Positive: The location is great and the parking is advantageous is you don’t want to use your car after arrival.
Negative: The room is small and dark with little lighting. The bathroom needs a cabinet or shelves to store personal care items. The sink is tiny (but the shower was good sized.) No closet or dresser so luggage goes on the floor. No coffee maker or small refrigerator.
Summary: Location is good cuz you don’t want to spend much time in your room or on the property.
