“The airport pick-up and drop-off service was not handled smoothly. The hotel's explanation was insufficient, and they did not inform me in advance that there would be a fee.”

“The carpet is very dirty. I dare not walk on it with barefoot. Cheingum and dust . This is not Four Points’s Stanard. Though, the breakfast is good with a lot of choice”

“Our complete experience was terrific! All areas of the hotel were spotless. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with the TV which we didn’t watch much was very good and the wifi was stable. The breakfast was fantastic with a great assortment enough to please everyone no matter what they preferred for breakfast. The staff kept the serving plates full and were always there to help and even get for you anything you wanted. I can’t say enough about how well the staff at breakfast and as well anywhere else in the hotel were fantastic. The people cleaning the room was great and always checked with us to make sure everything is the room was ok and if we needed anything. All was fantastic. Thank you very much for a great visit. ”

“The hotel was very good, the room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely come back!”

“Nothing was terrible, food and room were average, service was very good. Overall, it's a bit below the usual Four Points standard. Main complaint is that the windows are poor so there was a lot of street noise in our room and it made it difficult to sleep. So, it wasn't awful but next I wouldn't stay there again.”

“Staff. Clean room. Exception that’s is negative about my stay was the buffet. I usually have a good experience with the food, this time not so much. I know the head chef might be change, I went and asked about it to the dining floor manager and they told me that the head chef is no longer working with them. They asked me why? I told them that the food wasn’t meet my expectation for paying that much and to eat cold. The manager understand my complaints. They can improve their food quality. ”
