Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is nestled on the northern shores of the Batiquitos Lagoon, a protected wildlife sanctuary, and is regarded as one of California’s most precious saltwater wetlands. The lagoon and surrounding hills – abundant with marine life, birds, wildlife, and plants – are laced with scenic trails for hiking. To ensure the natural beauty of this sanctuary, half of the land making up the community of Aviara will remain devoted to green space.
Within a tranquil natural sanctuary, the Spanish colonial-style villa combines the effortless lifestyle of the Four Seasons with the comfort of a second home. At 425 square feet, the studio villa is spacious, comfortably elegant, and fully equipped and will accommodate up to four people. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for family meals and relaxing at the end of the day. The well-equipped high-end kitchen boasts granite countertops & stainless appliances. Retreat to the guest room where you’ll find a king-sized bed, luxurious garden tub, double sinks, and a separate shower. There are separate living and sleeping areas, which provide ample space for your whole family or group. All the creature comforts of home including WIFI, Flat screen TVs, and the Four Season's Luxury bedding in every bedroom. Includes a queen-sized convertible sofa.
Resort Fee, $45/day per villa payable at check-out only. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
