All check in was done via text. The property is peaceful and right off of South Congress. The room was very clean and extremely well appointed. The structure is modern, somewhat minimalist. The common area is charming and has coffee as well as wine and beer. Very satisfying stay!

Frame Treehouse hotel was an absolute gem of a place to stay! The room, the courtyard and lounge area and the free parking were all so nice and well designed. We were specifically in town to attend a show at the Continental Club and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re going to be out late in the evening it’s perfect but if you want a place that’s quiet for an early night in, it might not be for you because of the noise. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

The room was perfect! Clean and had everything I needed. The outside area where the tree is and the social room is was impeccable, The location is incredible right next to all the stores and also because of this it can get a noisy. I highly recommend it.

Great stay and great location!

Everything was spotless. The room was quiet even though we were close to South Congress. The only downside was the parking. We were last in and there were no spots left. We had to pay to park in a nearby lot.

Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street.

Love the location (very walkable), design (Frank Lloyd Wright inspired!), and the cleanliness (spotless!). There’s a well-appointed common area that provides guests with free coffee/espresso, wine, and beer. HOWEVER, pls note that folks with mobility issues might this location challenging. Also, and this is huge, the bathroom door opens directly in front of the bed. It’s glass, frosted so your significant other doesn’t get a free show, but it doesn’t offer a ton of privacy.

The hotel is an absolute gem! Highly recommended. The rooms are so stylish. Free beer, wine, coffee and soft drinks provided. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels :) location can’t be beat either. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Great hotel, very easy check in and communication. Comfortable bed and amenities. Should note the local bar does live music until 10:00 on Sunday night. It sounds like a front row seat from room 3. Overall great experience. Felt like staying in a local apartment.
