“Great hosts! Great location! Great animals! Great space to relax as a couple! Dan spent time with us on the farm answering all of our "City Folk" questions on Cows, Donkeys, Kittens, Dogs, and Farm ownership. It is a wonderful place to relax with the sounds of animals and awesome sunsets!”

“Our stay was enjoyable. We were close to the small towns we wanted to go and see and the landscape was beautiful We were in Bluff Country. The weather was great too. Every time we came back to the farm we were greeted by the 2 dogs, especially the puppy. Both dogs were cute and fun to be around. ”

“If you don't mind staying just a bit off the beating path this is the place to stay. The place was exactly what was presented, no surprises. ”

“It’s a peaceful area except, for the outdoor dogs who might bark, and run around the yard. It says fully furnished kitchen but there were no pairing knives, only 2 large knives. This was our second visit in 4 years. The beds upstairs are not ideal for adults who have pain, or to avoid a head injury climbing up to get there if you’re unsteady is a challenge. The big king bed is fine. The hosts are all friendly. If you like farm atmosphere, it’s a nice place. We wished we could have opened the windows to hear birds and crickets but flys, bugs might come in, so air conditioner is recommended ”

“The property is beautiful and the donkeys, cows, dogs, and cats were all so wonderful to be able to see and visit. The property owners are lovely - we got to have some good conversations with them. It’s tucked away in the country which is exactly what we wanted, but it’s only a 10 minute drive to Forestville for fishing, and 30 minutes to Lanesboro for the shops and restaurants. We had an amazing time and will definitely book here again. ”

“Tammy and Dan were most accommodating in ensuring our needs were met. We chose this location due to being close to family homes and Forestville Park and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities. Copper and the kitties made us not miss our fur kids as much and were very fun to interact with. Would love to stay here again on a future visit and would recommend to anyone in the area needing a place to stay.”
