“The apartment is located in a quiet, pleasant residential area, very close to a tram stop, supermarket and other amenities. The weather very hot during our stay, but there was no a/c and the two fans could not really cope - the apartment has large, south-facing windows. We were unsure about the remote access, etc, and we did not see any staff there, but everything worked well and we would recommend this property.”

“Nice location and the building could be or once was nice but the excruciating heat and noise in the rooms was unbearable. The office is only contactable during the day and whilst they make some effort to help it is minimal. The cleanliness and maintenance definitely need work. We booked a large room but only one of the four large windows opened onto a very noisy street. The replacement room offered was on another street, much smaller and just as hot and noisy. Our room was hotter than the hallway outside and the maintenance people even commented on this. Ventilation is wholly absent. Very few sockets in strange places. Various maintenance issues. I recommend the area but stay elsewhere. Keeping rooms at such temperatures should be against the law. Tiny fan supplied but recirculates the hot air.”

“A well located apartment, easily accessible and well furnished. A plug socket and light not working marks it down from excellent. However, highly recommend to book, with shops and restaurants adjacent to the property and a tram stop a short walk.”
