“I had a delightful three night stay at the Gable House. It is centrally located and a nice walk to downtown Durango. The breakfasts were excellent and truly gourmet quality. Make sure you plan an appropriate enough time to enjoy this lovely meal served at 8:30 am. Host were also extremely friendly.”

“Tracie and Charlie were the most accommodating Airbnb hosts we have ever stayed with. They provided fantastic local recommendations and added so many thoughtful touches that made our trip truly unforgettable. It’s obvious that they put a great deal of care and thought into creating a comfortable and welcoming guest experience.

“From our dealings on the phone with Charlie, to our warm welcome by Emily (who also cooked for us,) we could not have felt more well cared for! Gable House is strikingly beautiful, filled with fascinating artwork and furnishings, all unique to the area and the house’s history. We look forward to returning with friends and family!”

“Beautiful house and delicious breakfast! We loved staying here. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated hearing the history of the house and Durango at breakfast.”
