All good - needed flowers and a little love and more glasses and plates - some of us cook! But all in all a lovely flat and we had a very pleasant experience - the host was charming!

Very nice apartment. Great location.

Great stay in the center of Madrid. Walking distance to most of Madrid biggest landmarks, museum and Sol. The property is very well maintained and very roomy. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The check-in process was super easy with Maria and she was very soon to respond to any concerns we had. My only issue was the beds were not hotel quality but rather lower level quality bed. If they had better beds I would rate this property a10/10. But besides that we had an amazing stay with a friendly staff. 9/10.

My husband, son and I stayed at the Madrazo apartment on the third floor and it was absolutely fantastic! Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were really comfortable, bathrooms had soft towels and all the necessities, and the kitchen was nicely supplied. The property manager met us at the apartment for check in and that process was super easy. The location of the apartment was one of the best features. Walking distance from Sol, the Prado Museum, El Retiro Park, Gran Via and so much more. Highly recommend this wonderful apartment!!

A nice and spacious apartment in the central of Madrid

Calle de los Madrazo is a terrific neighborhood, near all the museums as well as the Gran Via, Calle de Alcala, Puerto del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. And of course, walking distance to the lovely Parque del Retiro. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable for 6. Catalina was helpful and professional. I would suggest better supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms to make the stay more comfortable. There were few glasses and mugs in the kitchen and not enough for all 6 of us. We had to wash out constantly although there was a dishwasher. Nothing was provided to wrap extra food. In the bathrooms, there was one large and one small towel per person for a week but since there was no automatic dryer, they didn't dry quickly enough. A few extra towels would have been nice. And we had to ask for extra toilet paper and extra laundry detergent during our stay since not enough was supplied. Other than this, we would be delighted to stay again in such a lovely, luxurious apartment.

Great apartment in Central Madrid with three, very spacious and baths. Great layout with the entry, living space, and kitchen in the front of the apartment and all the bedrooms in the back away from the street and common rooms. Very quiet for sleeping. The apartment is the only one on its floor and the elevator comes directly to the apartment door. It is in a Lovely neighborhood in the center of all the Madrid “must-see attractions.” The apartment is just as shown in the photos and the check in/check out went smoothly. They asked our arrival time to be able to meet us at the apartment and we confirmed our arrival time an hour in advance. (It was very easy to communicate with our contact via What’s App)

Very convenient location

Catalina was friendly, professional and efficient. She kept us updated with the check-in process and made it easy! Muchas Gracias, Catalina! The apartment was clean and pleasant. The location was superb, just a few minutes away from Gran Via with lots of shopping and wide array of restaurants. There was enough clean towels and paper goods for a 4-day stay but would definitely need more for a longer stay. Madrid was hot during our stay but the apartment provided a cool oasis for relaxing after a steamy day of sightseeing with their super-duper central air!!! Our only suggestion is for the master bedroom to include a dresser or a desk and chair. Not a big deal, we used one of the chairs in the dining room. Altogether, a wonderful stay!
