Summary: The bathroom was not clean but overall the room was fine

Summary: We had stayed for 2 nights at Ginger in Mangalore. The service staff was not at all trained or are just lazy. The Housekeeping did not even bother to wash or replace coffee mugs and glasses. Even used towels were taken from the room but not replaced. Inspite of telling the reception to send the clean towels they never came. The condition of the bathroom was bad. The basin had a crack and the WC was stained. Not at all worth for the rates we paid for a night. The towels and the sheets look Worn out and they desperately need to replaced.
