This hotel is conveniently positioned near Roma Termini. There are many shops and eateries nearby as well. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and of a decent size. The breakfast has a good variety of food to suit every taste.

Very close to Roma Termini station, as in less than 1 minute walk. Clean enough and staff was very welcoming. The included, free breakfast was better than any free hotel breakfast in the states.

This hotel is not in a very nice location. Also, this hotel needs renovations. We had problems opening our door every time. Carpets are dirty and walls need painting. Bathrooms are old.

Great place to stay while in Rome. Right next to the train station almost if you take train. Great staff too! Oh and very nice and chilly rooms during summertime!

The hotel was in an excellent location. Close to the Termini main train station and metro. There is an excellent food market tucked away at the other end of the train station. Which had loads of iptions for different foods and is open until midnight. The common areas were clean and tidy. The roof terrace which is open only for breakfast was a nice addition (shame its not open to sit and relax in the evening). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and had everything you needed. The only thing I would note would be the carpets in the rooms as they were stained in both our room and also in our families other room and need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Apart from that it was a great hotel for a weeks stay.

General in good condition. Location is very good.

Place was clean but fairly basic in terms of amenities in the room (no coffee maker, bottled water not replenished on my second night, no iron) - it does have a mini fridge and air con worked fine. Unfortunately my room was so noisy - a constant loud TV so soundproofing is clearly deficient. I played white noise on my phone all night to sleep. BUT it is 2 steps from Termini so you couldn’t get more convenient (especially if you don’t like getting up early for a train!)

Excellent hotel and location! Breakfast was good as well. The only negative was having no water for over 10 hours; however, it was not the hotels fault.

Awesome hotel. Great location by the train station.

Rooms were okay but need more maintenance.Power panel behind bed loose and power point. Also,heated towel rack wouldn't work. There is no kettle in rooms, so not able to make a coffee or tea.
