Positive: The location was very special and unique.
Negative: The staff were very pleasant and kind It was not the check-in clerk’s fault but when we arrived a very needy customer was tying up the check-in process I would suggest that there be a supervisor who could step in and take care of those needy people who are unaware of others waiting
