Glam Flat with View Pool Deck | Apartment in Olde Kensington, Philadelphia

The building isn't quite in the thick of things in Fishtown or Northern Liberties, so there isn't much of a neighborhood feel, but it's close enough to walk. The building could use some freshening up — the hallways and the unit have areas of peeling and patched paint. If you are banking on street parking, know that it is challenging and you may want to pay for the available parking instead. Communication with the host about parking was a bit challenging, as the directions to the lot were not accurate for driving. To access the lot, drive north on N. 5th St. passed the building and take a right on Jefferson. Take a right on N. 4th St., then a right on Master, so you can access the lot on Master and Orkney. The pool deck was a nice amenity to have, as was the gym. The dryer didn't work super well. Nice views from the unit, comfortable bed, and decently stocked kitchen.

My stay was great overalll, host was very responsive, The location was perfect being as though I just started working in fishtown. So many restaurants an stores nearby just like mentioned in ad & Quite a friendly neighborhood might I say ... We had a few minor hiccups like the dryer just stopped working the last 2 days before I left not to big of a deal though we just airdried our belongings. Also We didnt like the feel of the receptionist at the front desk, 1 was very welcoming but the other was not HONESTLY, wish I never had the pleasure of being welcomed by him. The apartment was just as pictured with just some minor scrapes nd marks on the walls but overall great... Thanks
