The staff was very helpful and nice! The room was nice and spacious and up to date. The pool and hot tub could use a little more up keep, but was still working great. Overall, was a great stay!
We stayed two nights at the hotel. The first night we got there we had an amazing dinner and service. We had only been gambling 30 minutes and I asked for another beer and was told I was cut off!? No reason why. I was being quite minding my own business. The next night we were going to dinner again and had just showed up and asked for two beers from the same bartender 20 minutes before dinner and the girl opened both beers and pulled my husband's back saying he smelled like alcohol. She said if there was a problem she can get her manager. He got mad and went back to the room. Me and the rest of the party showed up for our dinner reservation and they said they couldn't seat us even with reservations. So the hotel was nice and our first dinner was great but this one bartender really tried to f-up our whole experience.
We didn’t stay in the hotel we booked they moved us up the road to their other property which was very outdated. No dining on site. But they do have a pool. Staff was worn out and tired of dealing with people who like us expected the amenities listed and did not get them. That being said everything else was just fine during our stay and we enjoyed the pool.
