We've taken care to ensure your stay is worry-free and enjoyable. You'll find all the essentials you need, including a hair dryer, fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and a selection of board and yard games. Each room features a Smart Samsung TV making it easy to log into our favorite streaming apps like DirecTV, Peacock, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Apple TV, and Prime. Complimentary 3 Gig Fiber internet is also available.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Golden Peaks Ranch is thoughtfully designed for your comfort. All furniture, bedding, art, rugs, towels etc. are all brand new and due to the high-end furniture and art this rental is not suitable for children under 12 years. This space includes the entire upper level and includes 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, black out blinds for peaceful rest, and 3 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a well-appointed full-on-suite bathroom.

In our well-equipped kitchen, we've stocked plenty of coffee and tea for your mornings, along with basic cooking ingredients like spices and olive oil. You'll have everything you need, including a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Indoor wine and beer glasses are provided as well as outdoor dining ware.

Step outside with your morning coffee and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. Our expansive property boasts comfortable patio furniture, offering serene views of the mountains and your private pool.

Guest access

For your privacy and safety, access to the downstairs is not permitted. We reside in the basement and are avid travelers. Due to our travel schedule, we have grounds keepers to clean the pool, water the flowers and maintain the grounds.

Please note that while our ranch is completely private with no shared spaces, we could be onsite at a lower-level separate from the main living area.

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental or items within the property caused by you or your guests during your stay.

Important Information

Due to high end furnishings, artwork and pool the property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Extra-person charges may apply and result in termination of your stay.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.

Pets

No pets are permitted on the grounds with the exception of service animals.

We have a very sweet dog who will be seen from time to time and is very gentle and kind. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
