“We were upgraded to an Ocean View Suite and it was superb. The views were amazing. It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We often stay in Puerto de la Cruz but until now have never found accommodation we were happy with. Now we have and we will definitely stay again. Small but important thing… the balcony door did not have a handle outside. The door had closed itself behind my husband while he was outside and he couldn’t get back in! Luckily, I could open the door but if we had both been out there, we would have been stranded! ”
