Positive: Staff were excellent. They meet and exceeded every expectation we had of them. When we had an issue it was resolved immediately. The hotel offer you towels for both the pool sunbeds and showering in the rooms. There are plenty of water fountains throughout the complex so you can refill water bottles. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety.
Negative: There was no way of keeping the two beds in the main bedroom together. This meant every time my wife or I rolled together we often ended up in a crevice between the two single beds. My wife also would have liked hanging space for her dresses!
Summary: Brilliant time had by my whole family and we would happily return.

Breakfast wasnt great. They charge extra for eveeything which is annoying.
Negative:
20 euros for spa which was basically just a tiny pool and a sauna. Thats crazy never seen anything like that before. Instantly made me hate the hotel

It was like the photos and the rooms had 2 floors and very spacious with mini kitchen and appliances and cutlery already in place .
Negative:
There were cockroaches present around resort and then one in our bathroom which disappeared in drain. Only saw them at night which apparently is common but did make us feel icky seeing them when not used to it. They are endemic to Tenerife but usually resorts like this will put treatment to remove them and I guess were slacking . Also the hotel is on top of steep hill and can be tiring to walk up to if you decide to park free on the street below. Parking in hotel is 15 euros a day so free parking on street was better but the walk up is tiring after long day . Also I wasn’t expecting halal breakfast at all but did assume there’ll be atleast vegan sausages included to accommodate non-meat eaters but not available . So if you like eggs that’s great

There are 4x pools .
Quiet rooms and alleyways

The room was very dusty . The walls on the basement have accumulated thick’s dusts that formed like glue and cobwebs -the walls ,the ceiling fan and the lamp shades are visible signs the basement room weren’t cleaned and occupied recently due to the amount of dusts accumulating .
The evening young lady receptionist Jan 4-8,2026 —was not very friendly .There was no gentleness in her tone of voice as if dealing with helpers when instructing guests and getting details of guests …This is very important .GUESTS should feel welcome especially that they have JUST ARRIVED from a long journey .Someone patient ,friendly. and costumer oriented should be in the front line of a service provider like hotels and restaurants …Greeting guests like good morning ,good afternoon -nothing .Even some cleaners don’t seem happy with their jobs —frowning and no interaction with guests .
