Great price this month only! | House in Neptune Beach

Clean and Clean !! This place was sooo nice to settle right in for a stay. Very comfortable and plenty of elbow room. Has everything you need including a wonderful back yard. The front is also beautiful as there are fabulous trees around. The walking/biking trail to the Beach is right out front!! I really cannot say enough about the fabulous location. This location also has all the amenities you need such as internet for Work or Leisure , TVs in all spaces. And great space for entertaining friends, family and guests as the kitchen has everything you need including a grill out back . Thanks to the Host and Team, I had a great stay!!!

Friendly town with lots of hiking trails. Brewhound Dog Park was amazing. The staff & dog owners gave us recommended places to eat & visit. Our rental was very comfortable & close to everythi And walking trails.

When you pull up the place it is a little sketchy. But when you go inside it's a great layout and it was CLEAN. Had everything you needed right down to providing the TP, towels, spices, all kitchen utensils, etc. The High Speed wi-fi worked well along with the Cable TV, Comcast. Since it was just me the bedrooms worked out fine but if there were 4 people the two up-stairs bedrooms share the one main full bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs so that worked well. I had a couple of small issues but Erin came to my rescue every time, even when I accidently locked myself out. I would stay here again.

first time renting a house for a vacation. eveything imaginable is supplied by your host (Erin). only thing you need is food. very clean, bright and close to shopping restaurants and beach. would definetly recommend. thank you Erin was a pleasure.

This rental can't be best value wise and it's location is excellent. We needed a short term rental before we closed on a house in Jacksonville, so this worked out perfectly.

Our month long stay was nothing short of fabulous.!!! This was a very comfortable home, and the absolute BEST location for a beach town get away. We were at the beach in 5 minutes....! The home met all of our needs and was stocked with everything we needed. The beaches were amazing, yoga at yoga mix was perfect every day, and even Jax beach churches were great. Erin, the owner was super nice and always available if needed. We felt safe at all times and just loved that everything we desired or wanted was just minutes from our home. I would highly recommend Mermaid's Treasure at Neptune Beach:-)

We were in the greater Jacksonville area in search of property to buy. The townhouse served us well. We were close to grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants and major highways. Although we were not planning to visit the beach, it was a short distance away and easily accessible. The kitchen provided the basics for cooking our own meals. There was an enclosed back yard for our little dog. The only downside for us was that previous renters had not cleaned up after their pets in the backyard. Otherwise, this was a pleasant place to stay and the owners were cordial and attentive to our (very few) needs.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location - close to the beach and many stores and restaurants!
