It was... Different. It was ok. Not the best. Room was surface clean, but dingy and dirty (handles, windows, appliances, light switches) with visible dirt. We didn't use any appliances due to this. I wouldn't book again.

Checking in was easy. The person at the reception was kind and helpful. Our room was smaller than expected but tidy. It was supposed to sleep 5 (1 king bed and a pull out couch). There weren't extra linens and the office was closed by the time we noticed. Some of the outlets did not work so we all had to share chargers to juice up the electronics. On a brighter note, the room was lake side and there were outdoor tables with umbrellas. The neighbors we encountered were friendly and the pool was excellent. We liked that it started at 3 feet for those who cannot swim. The water was warm and clean. It is great that it is also pet friendly. We would stay again but will be a little better prepared.

Took me two requests to get the weekly room cleaning, but superb location, pet friendly, great value. Been going here off and on for years.

Room was clean. Quiet neighborhood

I should start by saying we travel to New England often and stay in family owned lodgings to support all business. The property is in a great location and looks well maintained. We opted for beach side room with two beds as I'm recovering from knee surgery. The room was small...walk in the door and into the bed. The bathroom was very small. In a word, the rooms are "tired." But matching sheets, new comforters, (not nylon feeling), fresh paint, and cleaner floors, a little wall decor would go a long way. We stayed two nights. Never again.

Excellent location on an inlet of the bay. Has a well maintained swimming pool and a small private beach. Nice views of the inlet

Nice location with a great view of the pond. Dog-friendly and safe for stays with kids. Would definitely come back. We had a minor issue with the mini fridge but staff came by quickly and solved within 20 min of reporting.

Fantastic service and the room was spotless and had zero odors. I stayed in a kitchenette room and it had all the required supplies and appliances which all worked. The internet worked, but at times it dropped, but I didn't really need it because the vuews were so great. About 7 minutes from shopping and 4 from bigger water areas. The water front is so nice and there is a short walking beach with a dock if you have a boat. I will 100% stay again.
