“Safe parking for my motorcycle very important. Room was cheap and perfect for a one night stay. Balcony over looked the square,excellent. The couple who owned the hotel were very friendly,helpful and very funny. The one poor thing was there was only a hand held shower head over the bath but we managed for one night and the water was hot. Wouldn’t want to stay for a week. ”

“Worth stopping here even if your are passing through. Such a pretty and historic place. The hotel is quite rustic but my room was fresh and clean. Get a room with balcony and enjoy the view of the square. The pictures are around and about the Town, less than a minutes walk. The proprietor was king enough to direct me to an area in the back yard of the hotel to park my motorcycle and unload more easily. A kindness much appreciated. Thank-you ”

“Not great.
No choice for evening meal, only 1 option.
Rooms very tired and in need of refurb.
