“We booked a room as a stopover as we have done many times before but I realised I had made an error and booked the wrong night. I tried to change with the booking provider but was told it could not be changed, I would have to book another night and pay again. I emailed the hotel directly and asked if they were able to change it their end (after almost a day I received a reply) they said I would need to change on the site where I booked it. I emailed back and asked if they could help on this occasion and that I had stayed many times and always have dinner in their restaurant, I spend well. Days later I am still waiting for a reply to that email.
Unfortunately communication is poor from the hotel they had no interest in trying assist us, customers who stayed many times before. It was originally my mistake but do have the curtesy of a timely response.”

“We stop half way on the road from Canne to Blois and were delighted to have chosen Hotel du Golf.
A most corteous and professional welcome to a spotless and comfortbale hotel which we had chose due to its restaurant service for dinner.....and we were happily surpised by the quality and variety of the menu served by a very friendly team in most pleasant surroundings. Well woth a visit.”
