The staff were helpful. The spa is nice

I was very surprised to find out that use of the pool has to be scheduled and PAID FOR in advance. I never heard of such a thing. The confirmation and advertisement for this hotel show the pool. I planned my day around coming back to relax in the pool for the evening, got bathing suits on and headed to the pool only to have a very rude man answer the door and say you are not scheduled and close the door. Front desk said I should have been told that when I checked in but when I arrived my room wasn't ready so my check in was split into two steps. They offered no apology or compensation - could have at least offered a coupon for breakfast.

We loved the room and the hotel breakfast buffet. Great location, very convenient! Would recommend to family and friends, and would choose this hotel again next time we come back to Paris!

The surrounding area is not the best area. After all, it’s located right near the train station and it’s what you’d expect to see around train stations. That said, this hotel appears most attractive in the area. It was clean, lots of natural lights and comfortable inside of the room. My room was sufficient for one person; my room had a separate toilet room which was nice. Staff was sweet and friendly. I made a phone call for me when I had to call a local shop for something. In one morning, I asked for more instant coffee packs and the person who seemed like a manager took me into a hotel restaurant and allowed me to get a cup of coffee from the coffee machine which was what I exactly needed at the moment. If you’re traveling in and out of the train station, I recommend this hotel.

Lovely rooms, nice setup for two rooms for us with teens. We even had a terrace outside our room. Staff lovely and the place was clean and tidy. A good breakfast spread each morning too. I’m blue down side was many floors and just one lift…

Found the room to be hot at night and opening the window would have been noisy.

The staff was super kind and respectful at all times. Specially the gentleman in charge of the night -wish i remember his name to add it- very positive aura.
