“Hotel will send a form for registration before stay. A code will be generated for check in and an email with parking instrns provided. There are 2 parking sites that are a short walk away. Getting there may be tricky first time round. Our apt was industrial style, spacious with a small kitchenette and a washing machine. Can hear the neighbours when they talk loudly. The hotel is located near a shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants. Convenient location for those who drive. ”

“This place is something special…the people, the design and everything they provided. I would definately recommend this place if you are not looking for a traditional hotel. The room is equipped with everything you need. There is also a fantastic bakery a few blocks from the building. ”

“A rare find in a sea of regular hotels. The hotel or I should say the guesthouse has only six units for rental. The unit I rented was a two bedroom apt with kitchen and a large living room. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The guesthouse is artistically designed and has a warehouse retro look. The ground floor is a cafe and also the check-in area (an email will be sent out on how to check in). There is no onsen onsite but we were offered complimentary onsen visit to nearby onsen, which was a really nice surprise. The property is located across from You Me mall and short walking distance to Beppu Tower and seafront. My family totally enjoyed our stay at Hajimari and especially appreciate the spaciousness and cleanliness of the unit. If we return to Beppu, we will definitely stay here again.”
