Positive: Location, facilities, Welcome kit, accessories, general information was good. Hotel has lot of facilities and you can spend a lot of time in and around the hotel.
Negative: Nothing but some improvment suggestions - Kitchen could have a chimney. We ran out of toilet soap in the end but maybe we could have checked in reception.for more.
Summary: Fantastic location and good value for money

Positive:
Location was good. But It was so disappointing that, in contrary to the details mentioned in booking.com, laundry service was not available and on site restaurant requires advance booking for food, which was no where mentioned. It was very inconvenient especially as we were traveling with kids so we checked out one night earlier than what we planned and paid for.

Positive:
Good location, clean and modern rooms. Fabulous spa and good size and equipped gym.
Negative:
Apartment rooms are slightly on the small side, certainly more than 2 people is getting crowded. The reception staff was very pleasant bar from one man who, imho, was a bit too matter of fact which didn't give me a welcoming feeling. However, still a great place.
