The staff was excellent and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast in the morning. But overall a good stay.
Very clean and welcoming. Good breakfast friendly staff. Our only drawback was the room air conditioner. It made it uncomfortable sleeping due to the air blowing on us most of the night.
Almost 100% sure I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub in it. Checked in and didn't have a jacuzzi tub. They told us there isn't a room with a jacuzzi tub on the property. Their website clearly states they do have these rooms. We then asked about a roll away bed and were told they had none. Then during checkout housekeeping snagged 2 pops which is whatever. Seriously will never be staying here again! Clean property and clean rooms but not the greatest customer service!
