“Extremely hot out and the ac struggled to keep up Pool was greenish looking not clear and sparkling as you would expect”

“The hotel was ok except that the hot water went out for the entire hotel for the duration of our stay. I'm fairly sure it wasn't working when we checked in, but we didn't find out until we took a shower the next morning. The staff never mentioned anything about it until we brought it up and didn't bother to keep us updated. We had to keep asking when it might be fixed. They refused to refund even a part of the room fee and were ignoring the request when I took the complaint to the corporate level. Hilton corporate customer service eventually agreed to a partial refund, which I thought was fair, but should have been offered initially without making me jump through so many hoops to get it. I would not go back to this hotel, because if there is any issues they will dodge all accountability.”

“Took a cold shower. Told the maid as I was leaving and she said they have been having problems with their water heater for a COUPLE OF MONTHS. then says “I guess they didn’t tell you wwlheb you checked in?” Told the front desk clerk and they said “yeah, had a plumber out yesterday but guess they didn’t fix it”. My bs meter was pegged. Holiday inn in Farmington from now on.”

“Staff and breakfast was good… BUT unfortunately the carpet in the room was covered in stains, the air on the floor was turned off (our unit still had air conditioning but the hall outside and elevator area was off) the thermostat showed 79 degrees. Also super humid in the whole hotel. In addition, the water heaters were out of service so no hot water (note they did say we could cancel our room but we didn’t have much of an option with it being a small town).”

“Everything was ok. Average hotel. They allow dogs which we didn’t know. So the hotel was a dirty but that’s what you get when you allow dogs.”

“Had to lower the shoulder to enter room/pull to shut due to sticking door. Sink was clogged. Air conditioner froze whoever slept closest to it and varying the temp caused the heat to kick on automatically so it was either sweat/freeze. Mattress was lower in the middle so wife and I rolled to the middle. Pillows clumpy. Ended up with back pains due to sleeping on the mattress. Breakfast wasn’t exactly fresh each morning. Service was great. Staff great. Cleanliness good. Just expected a bit more like other Hilton property stays for the price we paid.”
