“Overall, it was a very good stay including an excellent breakfast available early every morning with cheerful staff. My only (recurring again during this briefer stay) issue is the every-other-day room service, especially if I'm scheduled to depart the next day thereafter. Almost never is the in-room coffee service resupplied after my arrival whether staying for 3 or even 7 nights (2 months ago)...likewise for my towel replacements (unless I place them outside my door in the hallway).”

“We’ve been staying at this hotel every year for our annual Michigan trip for several years now, and it has become our go-to place to stay. The hotel is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes for a relaxing visit every time.
The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One thing we especially appreciate is the complimentary breakfast. It’s always well-stocked, and there’s always an attendant making sure everything stays clean, replenishing the food, greeting guests with a smile, and checking to make sure everyone has what they need. Those little interactions really make you feel welcome.
It’s the consistent quality and excellent customer service that keep us coming back year after year. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next Michigan trip!”
