“Being chased down and verbally accosted in the hallway by management over conflicting information (given to us at check-in) about unwritten pet policies, as well
as being given the third degree about checking out while our reservation was still in progress – not accommodations I planned for. Didn’t get the room I reserved either. stay elsewhere. Inefficient, unprepared, and outright insolent staff and management. While you’re at it, at least get all the old, dull towels to match. The all night tailgate party in the parking lot was also a choice.”

“So the property was honestly really nice. Very clean. The pool was an awesome add on. The breakfast was amazing. Here’s the downside, the ac in the room was honestly horrible. While it was cold the fan on the ac didn’t circulate the air at all. It was probably the worst part. But everything was amazing.”

“The manager on duty was very mean and made my daughter cry in the pool area. She closed the pool because of a misjudgement on her part. Then the next morning my card didn’t work to get into the gym.”
