“Multiple time visitor. Good consistent service, nice stay.”

“Staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is in desperate need of updating. The furniture is very worn and bathroom mirror was suffering from water damage. Pillows were not comfortable. Bed was comfy though. A/C would not regulate. It was either on until you are freezing and turn it off or leave it off until it got too warm. Set it at 70 but it kept running until it was turned off. One night was ok but I’d want nicer for anything longer. Find this more and more with Hampton Inn’s, either they are really nice or rundown. Not a lot of consistency.”

“We were very happy with our stay and would go again. Everything felt very clean and we were happy with the breakfast. You could see a little bit of its age in the pool area but overall it was a great place to stay at a great price. Everyone was very nice. ”

“1. Our room had leftover food still in the fridge. We communicated that to front desk staff and she said “thanks for telling me.” It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well. 2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair. 3. The “hottub” was the size of a whirlpool tub that could fit maybe 3 adults. 4. I overheard another guest tell the staff that the pop machine did not dispense the correct beverage. She was told “sorry that’s a third party vendor and I can’t do anything about it.” 5. We could not figure out how to get the tv chsnnels to work and when asked we were told every room has a different input so try others. To her credit, she did offer to come up and help however it was late and was not worth the time any longer. We were very dissapointed in our stay and will not be staying again. I am shocked that it has an ‘8’ rating. ”

“Excellent breakfast with a nice variety. Our room was nice & clean. Some of the furniture and fixtures were well used and worn. Could use a refresh in the bathroom. Overall a nice place to stay.”
