“The person at the front counter was rude. When we asked for batteries for the remote thst did not work she said tou can come get them and in the middle if the conversation hung up on my wife. She was extremely rude.”

“The hotel was clean and well maintained. We booked an accessible room and were very disappointed in their idea of "accessible". The only thing accessible was the shower that had one grab bar. The toilet was way too low with no grab bar near and the bed was too high. I had difficulty getting in and out of bed. In fact, I had to have my husband help me get in bed. The bathroom was definitely not ADA compliant! Hampton, you can do better!”
