“We walked in to a hole in the ceiling with a bucket catching leaking water (RIGHT INSIDE THE ENTRANCE. We had to walk around it) & as we checked in we were told they were “running up to make sure the room was all good.” It was very obvious they were doing a change of bedding and quick clean up of the room so we could get in. There was food all over the carpet, hair all over the room & especially the bathroom. It was gross. Could still see drink ring marks still wet!)on the dresser & nightstand.”

“The floors around the main desk, and the carpeting on the elevator floor were really dirty. Our room looked tidy, but the bathroom floor was also really dirty. On the first day shortly after we arrived, my husband used a hand towel to clean up a small water spill that landed on the bathroom floor. The towel was filthy dirty after he finished. We stayed 3 days at the hotel, and the carpet in the elevator was dirty all three days. The staff was very kind, and helpful. Breakfast was OK. The “make your own waffles” compensated for the mediocre hot breakfast dishes. The coffee was very good. Parking was good. I don’t think that we will stay at this Hampton location again.”
