“Our room was not ready at 3:00. We were asked to wait 30 minutes. Others came in after who were also waiting after us and got their room before us. I went to the desk to ask and the room was ready. They did not tell me it was ready, I had to ask and I was sitting right in front of the desk. The bathtub was dirty and there was hair in it. The outlets on the desk did not work even with the card inserted into the wall. The room and the hotel were very clean and the staff were extremely friendly.”
