“Checking in--I stood at the desk for at least 5 mins while staff were a few feet away from me focused on something else and not me waiting to check in. They didn't acknowledge me. I had to say hello to them first and then was told they'd be with me, after I'd been standing there waiting. Also, this is a dog friendly hotel, but they will charge you more than it costs to take your dog on a plane for "extra" deep cleaning because of your pet. My 9 lb dog left our room cleaner than we found it as she ate up all the crumbs that were on the floor. Bathroom shower had orange grime in grout/caulk around the bottom. Not impressed by any of this or the multiple staffs' terrible customer service and attitudes.”

“Great parking. Friendly staff. Let me put my ice packs in their freezer for our ride home! Breakfast was plentiful. My kids always appreciate a pool. Used the gym and laundry room. Only thing was a very musty odor whenever we entered the room. We get nose blind to it after being in there for a minute. But smells like maybe someone left a bag of wet clothes in there for too long?
