The stay was great. The only problem was we walked by the front desk 4!different times and the man at the desk never looked up, never said hello or even smiled at us.
When checking in, I told the staff member I had lost my handbag on the trip up and didn’t have my license. While he gave me instructions on what I had to do (call Hotels.com) he explained it’s cheaper...
Everything was as advertised and expected. We even had our toddler drop a toy in the lobby in the evening and it was found and identified to us the next morning without us even knowing. Thank you!
