“The hotel is near the central station. The room is cozy with a kitchen in it, so guest could cook in the room during the stay. However, service is just average, the concierge opens only from 07:00-19:30 (if I remember it correctly), so there is no 24/7 front desk service. Also, I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights but there was no housekeeping service during the period. ”

“Pre-checkin - confirmation email says to call hotel directly about checkin time. Why cant hotel ask us to indicate checkin time when booking the room, but to make us customers incur IDD phone charges to call them? Fortunately Hotel.com staff was kind enough to help me make the call. Room - we were blessed with a lovely attic room with high ceiling. Kitchenette was self-sufficient, great for pple who would like to cook during the stay. Fantastic room. Thankful it has elevator.
Disappointed we got 2 twin beds instead of a double bed we had requested for.
Location - near Centraal, less than 10mins walk. ”
