Summary: Very nice neighborhood, nice house. Room was fine. Parking on street not my favorite, but was fine. Shared bathroom was a surprise--either I missed that fact, or Expedia wasn't clear. It turned out ok because all of the guests were great. However, the experience could be terrible with bad guests.

Summary: Comfortable bed, great sheets and towels. Host greeted us, toured, showed where the coffee pot was. Place is quite large with a guest living room space. TV in bedroom. Just what we needed for this trip

Summary: Very clean and beautiful room. Since gone all day couldn't enjoy the beautiful pool. Didn't like sharing a bathroom, however.

Summary: We did not expect it to be a room in someone’s house. I thought it would feel intrusive on the stay and the entire experience. It turned to to be the opposite. It was a much needed, nice, peaceful stay that felt just as private as a hotel.

So much better and nicer than staying on a hotel . The neighborhood is gorgeous, dining very close by as well as shopping. Easy access to the freeway- all 10/10 !!

Summary: This isn't a hotel experience at all. It's a very nice room with a shared bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the pool, a life saver with the 107 degree temperatures. It just what we were looking for.
