Positive: Room 5. Large room with sofa bed overlooking outdoor seating area and a side street. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally comfortable and a good night's sleep. Staff friendly. Breakfast was included and had a wide selection and was thoroughly delicious. We ate in the pub on the first night and the food was simply superb, quite possibly the best steak and ale pie I have ever had. Although small parking area, no issues with getting a space.
Negative: Room not serviced in a two day stay was the only thing which could have been better.

What a little gem the Hare and Hounds is! A friendly greeting from all of the staff. The room was stylish and comfortable. Evening meal was the best fish and chips I've had in ages! Breakfast had a brilliant choice of cooked and continental. I would recommend for anyone travelling for work or planning a short break. Beautiful scenery on your doorstep too.
