“This hotel had the best staff, great rooms, and an amazing breakfast! The only downside was the house near the hotel had dogs that would bark occasionally in the night, but that wasn’t the hotels fault. I was upgraded to an amazing room, and it was so clean and spacious. The staff, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant workers were all amazing! They were so kind and helpful during my stay. I would recommend the hotel for the staff alone! It was in a great location for exploring and for your pickups. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Siem Reap!”

“Very good service – the team is attentive, helpful, and patient. Special thanks to Danu and Rachana for their great recommendations for restaurants and activities.
The breakfast did not fully meet our expectations and felt rather standard – we found better options at the Old Market.
The rooms are clean and relatively modern, and the overall property is in okay condition. The location is also very good. However, the bathroom design has some practical issues: the bathrobes are outdated and not really usable, the sink is more futuristic than functional, and the shower is poorly designed so the entire bathroom gets wet. The toilet also kept running water continuously. In addition, some rooms were missing basic items like clothes hangers, and the air conditioning was a bit sluggish.
Overall, a pleasant stay with some clear areas for improvement.”

“We had a comfortable stay- our room temperature was great as the air conditioning was first rate. Loved the pool and most of all the wonderful and helpful staff. ”
