Positive:
The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond, and were patient with my lack of speaking Japanese. They have a shuttle to get you to either end of Amanohashidate, including the train station. The hotel was very clean, with great value, and I loved the free coffee and tea station in the afternoon. Laundry facilities on site were handy, too.
Negative:
There's not much to say here. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Extra amenities would've been nice but not a deal breaker.
Summary: Exceptional experience

Spacious room (upgraded) with good view. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious! (The beef and its local wine was so good!)
They have free washing machines which is great for long trip. Love their small children’s book corner too.
Negative:
None.
They said they don’t have hot spring facility in the hotel but Onsen is just next door.
