The hotel was a bit of a walk from where parking was allowed (being in the old town), and I guess they could have been a bit more clear about that. But the staff was eager to help, even with limited English. I've learned some Turkish, but not as much as I would have liked. The location was excellent, Amasya is a remarkable town and this hotel is in the heart of the most awesome scenery, And a great value. Included breakfast was very good and served with warmth.
A wonderful hotel with warm, welcoming, and helpful staff. The rooms ( I had to be moved as I extended my stay) were so comfortable- had the right space, were so clean, and the lighting was adequate (not always so in hotels in Turkey, I find). The location of the hotel is ideal, with the river right outside the window. Breakfast was good. The staff were always pleasant and ready to help; even taking me to the bus terminal when I left!! I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff; I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.
