“The location is superb. Very close to the olympic stadium, by the lake (it's actually a river but widens at this point to form a dam lake for a few km's) and in the middle of the woods. In the middle of nature and silence but within a 15 min drive to the center of Berlin.
The place is very well cleaned. All surfaces, sanitaries, bathroom, kitchen equipment, sheets, towels, everything.
Free parking all day long.
The owner is a very helpful man and always reachable and open to conversation even when he's not around.
The kitchen is very well equipped for a few days of stay.
Don't consider it as a regular boat, the ceilings are high and the rooms and bathroom are spacious enough. Plenty of space for relaxation.
I stayed in July, no air conditioning is required for this time of the year. No sweating and no cold either.”
