Heidehotel Anna | Hotel in Soltau, Lower Saxony

“Good breakfast and hospitality, nice little hotel. Free parking. Wifi was not working that well in our room.”

“A bit of a mess, information on the Hotels. website does not correspond to the actual situation, you come to a closed door where there is a phone number to call, it is just not answered when you call, We walked around the town of Soltau, it is very nice, so the wait for someone to show up at the reception passed easily. WiFi was non-existent and completely unusable, There is room for improvement on all parameters. Pet friendly is a big plus.”

“We were welcomed with a lockbox with a key because of our very late check-in. That worked fine. The room was basic but very clean and well maintained. The beds were very nice. Only negative was that the room and bathroom were freezing cold when we came but I did figure out how the heater worked so not a big problem. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. ”

“Clean and comfortable room. Excellent service and very very friendly and warm employees. I highly recommend eating your supper in the cellar bar. We had gulash, baked camambert and feta and all were excellent. We would happily stay here again! ”

“Pretty good place for a single stop 😊”

“Very clean , good morningrestaurant , a litle cold at my room !”
