Negative: Almost perfect - slightly annoying lights at night, and not enough kitchen knives. Otherwise so good!

We stayed in a deluxe apartment, which does not have a hot tub.
However, don't be put off, as this place is a gem, and we had access to an amazing outside space.
Really excellent quality and hospitality.
Would highly recommend and return if in the area again.
Negative:
Initial disappointment when realising that the apartment didn't have a roof terrace.
