Loved it. Family of 7 traveling with 5 kids (2-14). Room was great, clean. Walkable to metro. Lots of food options. The Ueno park across the street was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

It was ok. For the price expected a bit better quality. Breakfast was ok not many choices but ok. The room started to smell because of humidity.

The room is large and spacious. Plenty of room for a family of four. The one significant mess was the laundry facility for a property that advertises as being family friendly with the laundry facility...
