Positive: The place is close to my friends house. The sitting area is real great in the morning. Lots of windows and a nice view. Quiet.
Negative: My daughter and my wife felt awkward about it being someone’s house and they were home the same time. We have stayed at B&B but that never bothered them. My other daughter and I had no issues.
Summary: We slept at the place. Visited a friend down the street. Went to Red Rocks. Went to Boulder.

There is a nice seating area with fridge, microwave, and counter with a few dishes. The huge bathroom was incredible with a jacuzzi tub and extra large shower. And then through the bathroom is another area with two twin beds and a pocket door in case you wanted to separate the sleeping areas.
Summary: Very large and comfortable suite with a great view and amenities.

Hosts were lovely! They were super attentive. Back deck was great, and we ate a few meals out there. The suite was very clean, with easy to use appliances including washer/dryer combo. Convenient to Boulder and Denver.
Negative:
I guess I misunderstood what "garden view" meant. The Garden suite is in a basement and is quite cold and dark, with no window views at all in the main room, since it's a basement. The bedroom window basically looked up at a bunch of bikes. Bathroom lightbulbs flickered all the time, as did closet bulb. Queen bed caves into the center (it's a bit like sleeping "uphill"?).
Summary: This was a lovely, convenient, friendly property. Basement apt is dark and cold though.

This was such an adorable place for a family to stay! My kids loved the separate rooms that were still close to each other. The beds were sooo comfortable! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

One teeeny thing would be the no private entrance to the room …. I hated not being able to go to my car to grab something I forgot because it’s late and i didn’t want to wake the host with their dogs barking at me for opening the door.
