Room was quite clean/ large with a lovely balcony viewing the garden/pool.
Bathroom amenities were very good - bath supplies at right level (unlike the other Nh hotels) and huge soft towels.
B/fast lack lustre - not great variety/ selection although they made lovely omelette at no extra charge) - unlike Nh hotels who charged extra. Silvanna at b/fast room was so thoughtful and efficient everyday - you can tell she enjoys her job serving people. Bkfast was quite expensive for what was served.
I read all reviews and no one mentioned the inconvenient location of the hotel -this was very disappointing. It must be very difficult to walk to other places eg Centro Commmercial even though it’s quite very close. But there’s no sidewalks and narrow streets to walk on safely. It’s very important for people to know this because of disabilities one may have.
We had to take taxi to go anywhere.
However. Overall- Mallorca is such a beautiful place to visit so it’s worth the inconvenience. If you are youthful and no disabilities, it will be an adventure!
In my opinion, this should be rated a 3.5 star hotel instead.
