Positive:
Location was perfect, short walk to the centre of town and main attractions
Negative:
Wasn’t serviced daily, didn’t include small things like condiments etc, but this was no dramas for a short stay.
Summary: Great location, comfortable stay. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Loved it and would stay again!

Positive:
The room was clean, tidy and in a good shape. The location was very central.
Negative:
They use automated messages from Booking and a responsive whatsapp account in order to communicate with you, creating a feeling of professionalism and this is good. But their reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. They contacted us beforehand about our arrival time, so they could be ready for us. But when we arrived at the building (mind you, early afternoon, not late at night), the entrance door was closed. We kept ringing the bell but no one answered. Luckily a resident of the building came by and let us in. We went to the fifth floor where the reception is located and the door there was shut as well. We kept ringing the bell but no one was there and kept waiting and ringing the bell. As I had no other way of contacting them (they had not provided us with the Whatsapp account till then) I logged in to Booking in order to find a phone or something. Luckily at some point a member of staff showed up. They led us to the room, gave us the key and turned to leave. When I asked them if there was anything we should know about the room or the hotel (some guidelines etc) they said a "no", shrugged and left without further explanation, leaving us with a bad experience right from the beginning.
At checkout, we left our luggage with them. When back to the reception to collect them (again early afternoon), I asked the receptionist if I could use their bathroom before heading for the airport and the reply was a plain "no", nothing else. This is the first time in my years of travelling that after check-out I am denied access to a bathroom of the establishment I have been a customer of.
Summary: Lack of hospitality

It was quite a bit of back and forth with them via Whatsapp which should not be the case.
