High Pointe Overlooking Lagoon Pool Gulf Views | Condo in Rosemary Beach, Florida

“The space was perfect for our family of four. The rooms, bathrooms annd kitchen were so nicely designed and met every need. Even though we were there during a busy spring break week the resort was quiet and very safe. Resort requires wristbands and is gated (street side and beach side). Convenient to all the fun things in Rosemary without being in the thick of it, just a 1-2 block walk. Beach access was so easy, chair and umbrella setup was a lifesaver and Crabby Steve’s came in handy! The only small thing I will mention is that the balcony door was really hard to open and close (as seen in other reviews) and seems like it’s been an issue for a while, would love to see it oiled or fixed. Overall the condo, resort and location were a 10/10, We will absolutely be back! ”

The only issue that I have is that I talked to two different people with the management company to let them know there were some issues we were having and they mentioned someone would be coming. It never happened because one of the things that was broken never got fixed while we were on our weeks stay!”

“It was a wonderful quick girls weekend…this location is PERFECT! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants and… that beach! Views were divine. Condo was clean, comfy and well stocked. The only issue was that patio door that is very heavy and hard to open especially when humid out (we actually got stuck outside and couldn’t open but thankfully had bedroom patio door open). Would stay here again!”

“Great views and accommodations on 30A! We loved the proximity to the Seacrest shops and Rosemary town. It’s nice to have a pool and restaurant on property. Beautiful condo. Thank you! ”

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was great and staff was very responsive when our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. The internet did not work great but it was actually nice to not have it.”
