Clean rooms, friendly staff! Wild non Austin

The front check in gentleman was friendly and prompt in acknowledging us upon arrival but couldn’t focus on us because of a text he was receiving. The wait staff in the Resturant was excellent. The check out clerk was friendly. I asked for a receipt and she gave me a receipt with my name someone else’s address and no amount showing what I paid. Not very helpful. The shower was not clean it had a hair and hasn’t been cleaned in sometime because the grout and shower track is turning pink from the soap scum.

Room was in the basement. It was not that clean. Think there were bedbugs. AC did not work. Would not recommend. Highly disappointing

I needed a microwave for a medical procedure so had to go off site to utilize one. It would have been great if there was one in the room.

The hotel ran out of king size beds, so the staff gave us a room with 2 double beds. My husband is 6’7”, and we really would have enjoyed a king size bed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would stay here again, but in a room with a king bed.

The only issue I ran across was the the maids that I encountered didn't speak any English. It made it difficult to communicate my needs. Other than that 5 star all the way!

Stayed for 2 nights great time in Boston , first time with this hotel and been to many I will say the front desk staff was awesome cleaning staff didn’t speak any English when I was asking them what they use for cleaning products as I have sensitive skin I did break out into hives and had to get on prescribed medication to help the reaction as some places are “allergen free” and they said they use the good stuff definitely it’s not the case here , cute little hotel can definitely get a little more up to date with the television in the room as well multiple time it would freeze up and stay static also their thermostat system had some problems so we had no way to lower or raise the temp but we made due

Rooms very clean, bar tender was the best! Food was okay. Parking is free and plenty. Room couldn’t cool down enough and the shower floor leaked.

It was short but sweet staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a little dated. Clean but some noticeable wear and tear.

The quiet hours were not honored, even though there were billboards advertising it everywhere in the hotel. The weekend of our stay there were many families/teams staying there for a local hockey tournament. They made noise well into the night. They completely took over the lobby and restaurant area socializing well past quiet hours. There were times where kids were seen running up and down the hallways unattended by adults. Every morning we woke up to music blasting from the lobby during breakfast hours. The music started as early as 5 AM. That’s unacceptable. The room was clean but when we first let ourselves in at check in, the heat was on and the room temp was set at 78. It was too hot to even stay in the room at first. The women’s bathrooms off of the lobby were gross. There were sanitary napkins etc. bulging out of one of the garbage receptacles in a bathroom stall. One other important thing - there is a huge bubble in the carpet in the main hallway right outside room 444. I kept tripping on it. This should be fixed stat as someone could really get hurt.
