“If you are staying in the Buda area during your trip to Budapest, the Hilton Hotel is by far the best choice I guess. It is said to be more than just a hotel; it is a building that modernly preserves and integrates the ruins of a medieval Dominican monastery and church.
I was assigned a room with a view of Matthias Church, which I preferred over a river view, making it even better. You can take a leisurely walk to the Royal Palace from the hotel, and it is a truly great place to return to relax after strolling through the alleyways.
The staff were all friendly, and the view goes without saying! The breakfast restaurant wasn't large, but I actually liked it because it only had delicious food. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Budapest!”
