“We loved how spacious the room was and it was in a perfect location near all the places we wanted to visit. Not only was it clean and well maintained but it was an aaffordable price in a very expensive county!”

“My stay was just okay. I initially booked this hotel because of the great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to those expectations. There were gnats everywhere. I had to switch rooms because there were bugs flying around and crawling on the walls. I continued seeing gnats in the elevators, hallways, and even around the bar area. There were also ants all over the area where the microwave is located. Having only one microwave for the entire property was already inconvenient, and the bug issue made it even worse. To make matters worse, on my last night, the AC in my room stopped working. I repeatedly called the front desk, but either no one answered or I was placed on hold. Someone finally came to address the issue around 10 AM the next morning. I also asked to speak with management at checkout, but management was not available. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The cleanliness and customer service did not meet the expectations set by the reviews I had read. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the pest and maintenance issues, because guests should not have to deal with these conditions.”

“My nephew was placed in a room that face the sunrise and that bothered him a lot so I asked for a room on the opposite side which was no problem and they provided with lots of efficiency and respect thank you”

“Dated facility, elevators were constantly broken and took forever, rooms don’t have enough lighting, refrigerator was half broken, no AC in hallways a lot of the times. Bed was okay.”
